Raw Brazil Nut Milk

It’s such a joy to make your own nut milk.  Actually I find it extremely therapeutic and the taste is just amazing.  This one has a lovely clean, but earthy taste of brazils.  Yep, I know that sounds a bit obvious because it is MADE from brazil nuts, but it really does NOT taste like any nut milk you can buy processed in a carton.

Clean, pure and simply delicious.  Drink it straight or use it as a creamy base for smoothies, chocolate milk or to pour over your favourite breakfasts. (more…)

Chocolate Almond Butter Fudge

I threw this raw chocolate almond butter fudge recipe together pretty quickly one day after I was about to make my usual date and almond “sandwich”… Basically I open a medjool date, spread a little almond butter inside and, hey presto, it’s as good as a mini Snickers bar!   But then I thought maybe a little chocolate flavouring would be nice so I threw it all in the food processor with some raw cacao, shaped it into a square and popped it in the fridge.   Omg, is all I can say…

Dark Chocolate Mint Pots

Chocolate Pots have always been one of my favourite dessert menu options because they feel so decadent, but making your own raw version is so much more fun.
These little pots of goodness are richly decadent and creamy, and perfect for chocolate lovers, but won’t leave you with a sugar high!  No refined sugar, eggs, cream and processed chocolate are used, instead it gets its wonderful silky texture from ripe avocados, which also adds in a healthy dose of skin loving nutrients and healthy fat.
