A super-quick, nourishing dairy-free protein shake that can be enjoyed as a snack or even a breakfast. It’s also great to drink before a workout. This is a very simple recipe that you can add more to if you wish. I sometimes pop in some Maca or a multi-vitamin powder when I feel I need it. The frozen banana makes it chilled and give it a yummy creamy texture!
Why eat cake for breakfast? Well, why in heaven’s name wouldn’t you? And why wouldn’t you indulge in a cake that not only tastes amazing, but is also going to fuel you up for the day with protein, calcium and energy to burn?
Ok, this is not just for breakfast, it’s for just about anytime you fancy a bit of cake.
