This demonstration based cookery course will help to get you inspired to take control of your eating habits as well as totally give your immune system a much needed boost.
I will show you how to prepare simply delicious everyday meals with the emphasis on using healthy techniques to preserve the integrity of the ingredients as much as possible.
My recipes incorporate a delicious blend of fresh whole, plant based foods, both raw and cooked. All meals are free from wheat, gluten, dairy, trans-fats, preservatives, refined sugar & salt. All dishes are suitable for vegans, with the exception of one dish that contains eggs.
The course will take place every Tuesday evening for 4 weeks, commencing 20th September 2016.

About the Course Teacher
Andrea Baines is a Certified Raw Food Coach & Teacher and Holistic Practitioner living in Dublin.
She founded The Raw Vision after her life and health changed dramatically as a result of eating a diet that is rich in raw, plant based foods. This included healing an under-active thyroid condition, clearing up acne rosacea and eradicating severe menstrual pain. She has been eating a high raw food diet successfully for the past 6 years and has 3 years’ experience of teaching classes.
In 2014 she was awarded a Level 2 Raw Food Coach Certification from Karen Knowler with the International Association of Raw Food Coaches, Chefs & Teachers.
