Rawsome Veggie Christmas Class – 11th December, Dublin


Treat yourself and your body to a veggie happy Christmas!

Preparing festive food can sometimes prove difficult when you are vegan, vegetarian, a raw foodie or plain health conscious.  Or maybe you have to prepare vegan/vegetarian food for friends or family, or have simply decided that this year you want a healthier, alternative Christmas, without compromising on taste, and are in need of some inspiration!

With all of that in mind, I’ve created some delicious recipes, both cooked and raw, for this year’s Rawsome Christmas class that are not only suitable for vegans, but are also free from all the bad stuff like gluten, processed ingredients and refined sugar.

So by the end of the day you won’t feel like a bloated and sleepy couch potato, but WILL feel hugely satisfied having enjoyed every single mouthful.

My plan behind this special class is to offer you a selection of recipes that you can prepare a day or two ahead if you need to, using fresh, whole ingredients that are easy to find and simple to prepare.  I’ll give you loads of hints and tips throughout the class to make your Christmas experience a whole lot easier in the kitchen!

You’ll even have a creamy, decadent dessert to look forward to, and some gorgeous chocolate treats, so you certainly won’t feel like you’re missing out!

All recipes are made from fresh and whole foods, are suitable for vegans, completely free from wheat, gluten, dairy, refined sugar and processed ingredients, and are totally delicious.

Class Menu

Warm Spiced Fruit Punch on arrival (non-alc)

Followed by a demonstration of:

Rustic Wild Mushroom, Leek & Cranberry Tart

Rosemary & Thyme Roasted Root Vegetables with Chestnuts

Raw Cranberry & Orange Relish

Raw White Chocolate Berry Cheesecake

Followed by:

Raw Chocolate Mulberry Florentines

Teas & Coffees

After the cooking demo we’ll set the seasonal scene while you relax, chat and sample all the food around a gorgeous candlelit table to a few background Christmas tunes!

Class includes: Punch on arrival, demonstration of recipes, tasting of all food, handouts of all recipes, teas & coffees.

Time: 2-5pm
