This was one of the favourite recipes from the savouries week of my recent Autumn Comfort course.  A hearty, warming, autumn/winter soup using seasonal ingredients that’s super easy to make.  Butternut squash is great for heart health as it helps to regulate blood pressure and blood sugar levels.  It’s also a great source of potassium and is low in fat.
