This demonstration based cookery course will help to get you inspired to take control of your eating habits as well as totally give your immune system a much needed boost.
I will show you how to prepare simply delicious everyday meals with the emphasis on using healthy techniques to preserve the integrity of the ingredients as much as possible.
My recipes incorporate a delicious blend of fresh whole, plant based foods, both raw and cooked. All meals are free from wheat, gluten, dairy, trans-fats, preservatives, refined sugar & salt. All dishes are suitable for vegans, with the exception of one dish that contains eggs.
The course will take place every Tuesday evening for 4 weeks, commencing 20th September 2016.
