    I cannot recommend the beginners cookery class in raw foods highly enough, whether your a novice or good cook you be amazed at what you learn at the class. To raw dimple ingredients and treat them well you end up with fresh , tasty and imaginative food not tastes and looks great but easy to do.

    Congrats on your blog in the independant.. We are regular users of the Green Smoothies and I must say feel healthier and lighter as we replace either breakfast or lunch with a smoothie and eat normally but healthy for our other meals. Thanks for inspiring us. Keep up the goos work xx

    I just want to say thank you so much for your 3day green smoothie challenge. I weighed myself this morning and not only am i 7lbs lighter after it , i’m feeling more energised and motivated.. This has really encouraged me to continue with this plan for the future and i look forward to working with you both as i continue on my journey to health and vitality.
